pe-la-logoThe advantages of Petri's pe-la-modul-system at a glance!

  • Our pellets storage system made of galvanized sheet steel is an extremely flexible solution that is suitable for virtually all building conditions. It can be installed free-standing in existing, functional side rooms without attaching to the floor or the walls. It is also possible to easily move it to another location.
  • An ideal installation room is also the empty oil tank room. The parts go through each tank room door of 70 x 70 cm. The major parts are 200 x 64 cm and weigh 23 kg.
  • Many parts of the modular system are identical and interchangeable. 20 differently sized pellet storage systems in 50 cm length increments of 1.5 to 4 m can be built by linking the modules together (in the heights 1.8 m, 1.9 m, 2.0 m and 2.2 m).
  • The space is optimally utilized by the cubic or rectangular shape and the least distances from walls and ceiling. Thus, the actual usable volume is optimized and is very high for the surface area.
  • The customer can select the pellets storage model, the size, the position of the filler nozzle and the entrance door based on his structural conditions.
  • The parts can be bolted using a simple tool inside the pellet storage system. This makes it possible for the pellets storage system to be placed in a small space, up to 10 cm from the wall or even in a slot. The minimum distance from the ceiling is only 5cm.
  • The burden on the side walls is very high due to the weight of the pellets up to 650 kg/m3. In our self-supporting pe-la-modul-system, there are no structural problems due to the load on existing walls and no problems with the anchoring of uprights for partitions.
  • Excellent rust protection and long life are ensured by the processing of galvanized sheet steel.
  • There can be no contamination due to abrasion or crumbling of plaster or walls, nor can there be problems with old, damp floors and walls. The enclosed design ensures a completely dry and dust-free storage of the pellets.
  • The pellet storage is fully equipped with Storz A/110 filling and suction nozzles, an inspection hole and a 43° slant base on both sides for better holding of the pellets. In addition, probe holders and openings for suction hoses or feeder worm screws are pre-cut, depending on the feeding system used. A 50 x 80 cm large entrance door with a Z-iron and door protection plates to relieve the door and control the fill level are also supplied as standard. An additional impact protection for the pellets during filling is offered as an accessory.
  • Ideal dimensions of the modular system and the base inclined at 43° on both sides ensure optimum pellet discharge from the pellet storage during removal.
  • No drilling, mortising, masonry or welding work is necessary for the installation.
  • The large entrance door of 50 x 80 cm makes installation and service work easier.
  • A very clean and quick solution. The assembly takes only a few hours and can be done by oneself or by the heating engineer. No other worker is required.
  • The individual modules have no partition. The interior is continuously free up to a narrow transverse beam between the modules above the slopes.
  • The pellets storage system does not need a separate discharge and feed to the boiler, the conveyors of the boiler manufacturer are always integrated in it. Thus, additional interfaces and error sources are eliminated.
  • Except the cover, the connections and the entrance door, all the screws are same. Connections for all common discharge systems are provided, even special requests can be considered.
  • The pellets storage systems are designed according to ÖNORM M 7137 and according to the planning documents of the boiler manufacturer.
