Assembly, installation and delivery

PETRI STAHL pe-la-modul-system Montage

All pe-la-modul-system pellets storage systems are constructed such that they can be placed in any existing space and assembled into modules without masonry work, chiselling, drilling or welding.

They consist of separate parts, the biggest of which has a dimension of 2 x 0.65 m and weighs 23 kg. They can be mounted individually through an opening e.g. a fuel door of 70 x 70 cm. The parts are bolted from the inside with locking screws. This makes it possible for the pellets storage system to be placed in a small space, up to 10 cm from the wall or even in a slot. But on one side, at least 60 cm space should be left free for the installation and entrance door. The distance to the ceiling must be at least 5 cm.

The storage system can be assembled by the customer himself based on our exact instructions. The assembly time for 2 persons (without sealing) is about 2 to 6 hours, depending on the size. Each part is provided with a number on delivery, which is also on the assembly plan so as to improve the clarity and assembly time.

The self-supporting sheet construction is completely closed. The joints are sealed with silicone or adhesive tape. Excess pressure is avoided by suctioning when filling. However, the filling hose length of the tank is also important, because if it is longer than 30 m, it may lead to the formation of pressure.

The pellets storage system must be placed in a building, an extension or in a hut, so that it is unaffected by external weather conditions. The pellet storage is not waterproof. In case of risk of flooding, it should be placed on a pedestal. The floor must be level and made of concrete or other solid material, which carries the entire weight of the filled storage system.

The parts are delivered in a EURO pallet 80 x 120 cm.
