
The pe-la-modul-system is constructed from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm thick galvanized sheet steel. As standard, it consists of 2 modules along the width (1.5 m and 2 m), 3 modules along the length (1m, 1.5m and 2m) and is available in 4 different heights (1.8 m, 1.9 m, 2.0 m and 2.2 m). By linking together different modules, it is possible to build 20 pellet storage systems in 50cm steps up to a total length of 6m (in 4 different heights).

The parts of the modules can be interchanged. This makes it possible to adapt all the connections as well as the position of the entrance door to the customer's needs and to the structural conditions. The entrance door and the filling and suction nozzles can thus be mounted both lengthwise and breadthwise. In addition, in a pellets storage system of height 2.2 m, both the Storz A/110 filling and suction nozzles can be positioned above the entrance door. In heights below 2.2 m, they are located next to the door.
The pellets storage is fully equipped with Storz A/110 filling and suction nozzles, a pressure valve including inspection hole and a 43° slant base on both sides for better holding of the pellets.
A 50 x 80 cm large entrance door, with 2 Z-profiles inside to hang the door protection plates to relieve the door is supplied as standard. The fill level can be easily controlled by removing individual door protection plates. An impact protection for the pellets during filling can be provided on request.
To avoid additional interfaces and sources of error, we always recommend that the respective feeding systems of the pellets boiler manufacturer be integrated. Our pellets storage system is prepared during manufacturing itself for the use of the respective feeding system by pre-cutting probe holders and openings for suction hoses or feeder worm screws, depending on the feeding system.
