PSL - Petri's bulk storage - is constructed from 2mm to 3mm thick galvanized sheet steel.
There is a series of five basic types, which differ depending on the width due to different structure of the uprights. The width-dependent uprights ensure optimal load distribution on the floor.

The length of the sloping floor system can almost be planned infinitely in 10 cm steps. An optional Z-profile allows any length difference to the actual room length to be compensated completely and ensures an all around perfect fitting to the walls. The slopes on both sides are customised according to the existing room width. With flexible sliding, lateral balance plates, wall roughness of up to 6 cm widthwise can be easily compensated.
The 30° angle of the steel sloping floor creates additional filling capacity through better space utilization.
In a worm screw feeding system, the central part of the structure is a trough (W/H: 350mm/205mm), in which the feeder worm screws can be inserted and fixed.
In suction feeding systems, the central part of the structure consists of a flat base piece and openings for the suction hoses are already pre-cut in the slopes. The parts of the sloping plates can be interchanged. This allows the positions of the pre-cuts for the suction hoses to be adjusted flexibly to the structural conditions.

Petri's bulk storage is designed such that it can be retrofitted into existing spaces without masonry work, chiselling, drilling or welding.
The self-supporting steel structure is assembled free-standing between the walls and should only be attached to the floor.
The 3 components (upright, central piece and slopes) are made of individual parts and can be installed practically through any opening, e.g. even a small tank door of 50 x 70 cm. The largest part has a maximum width of 50 cm. The parts can be bolted using simple tools.
Installation can be done easily by yourself using our proven step-by-step instructions with images and text. The assembly time for 2 people is on average 2 hours depending on the size. Each part is provided with a number on delivery so as to improve the clarity and assembly time.
The parts are delivered in a EURO pallet 80 x 120 cm.

For Petri's bulk storage system - PSL - a protection of utility model has been filed in Austria and Germany.
Petri's bulk storage system is manufactured specifically for the customer according to the dimensions of the storage room and delivered in pieces in a pallet.

The package consists of the uprights, depending on the type of discharge from a flat central piece or a trough and from the slopes of the system. In addition, flexible, sliding, lateral balance plates are provided by default in order to compensate for uneven walls up to 3 cm on each surface.

Optionally, we deliver a 10cm long Z-profile for the length difference that may occur (due to the 10 cm steps while planning the sloping floor length). This final profile is placed on the two slopes of the system, mounted on the wall and provides a lengthwise completion.
To avoid additional interfaces and sources of error, we always recommend that the respective feeding systems of the pellet boiler manufacturer be integrated. PSL is prepared during manufacturing for the use of the respective feeding system by the corresponding central piece and/or by the pre-cut openings for the suction hoses.
An impact protection for the pellets during filling can be provided on request.
